How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Big Brain > Cancel. On Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Big Brain > Cancel.

How many free AI questions do I get?

Free users get 3 AI Tutor questions per day. This resets at midnight. Upgrade to Big Brain Pro for unlimited AI questions.

How many free quizzes can I take?

Free users can generate 3 quizzes per week. This resets every Monday. Big Brain Pro subscribers get unlimited quizzes.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your study notes, flashcards, and quiz results are stored locally on your device. AI conversations are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can the AI help with any subject?

Yes! Big Brain's AI Tutor can help with math, science, English, history, and any other subject. You can also share photos of homework problems for step-by-step solutions.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the App, go to the Premium screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase.
